Bruno Mars Live Concert Jakarta 2013

Bruno Mars is going back to Jakarta. Have you booked for the live music concert held on April 15, 2013? If you are a great of his, better reserve it early or else the live show won't be for you.

I personally would never recommend Bruno Mars to stay so long in Jakarta, unless he prefers to live here to get used to pollution and terrible traffic jams. The concert itself is not conducted in Jakarta but some 30 kilometers away from here in Sentul. Bogor.

As some world people know, Jakarta is not like other Asian capitals with lot of things to see. It's crowded, polluted without much to offer to tourists. If you recommend Bruno Mars to visit Monas (Monumen Nasional) to admire just an obelisc in the middle of a park after he's done his concert, he might have his own live show in the park without people know who he is. Lol.

So, what else after April 15, 2013? That the tour continues to a couple of museums and to Gambir train station? What is Bruno Mars going to do there at the train station? There the boring thing as you can see during peak hour are people on top of the train (rumors has it that this kind of worn out economy train will be removed and replaced by the air-conditioned commuter line system).

He can go to Taman Mini, Ancol, Dunia Fantasy if he likes. But actually, to the local, it's nothing so special to talk about. Cynical people would probably like to say, there are a lot more things to see in Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong or other Asian cities. So, Mr. Bruno Mars, just finish your live music concert and leave Jakarta happily.

Or come back here someday to see the huge floods. Lol!

Ready for Global E-ticketing?

Which one should win the competition, software or convensional? But first, are you familiar with E-ticket in your country? It's an electronic ticket (commonly abbreviated as e-ticket)--a digital ticket. The term is most commonly associated with airline issued tickets. Electronic ticketing for urban or rail public transport is usually referred to as travel card or transit pass. It is also used in ticketing in the entertainment industry. (Wikipedia)

E-ticket software cannot promote itself that you should buy it. Whoops, that's a silly statement, I guess. It should not be carried anywhere you go and then given back to the offical at the exit. It's part of technology which grows rapidly, making everything easy for human being to lead a life with. But it's also something that people may hate. Take one for example, the technology soon to change the whole system of electrical commuter train transport in Jakarta, Indonesia, known as KRL. Passengers here are used to having something more traditional than computerized, they enjoy it, but ready or not ready, it must be applied soon.

A must, according to the official, because they don't want to get less profit doing the business.
Today Jakarta commuter train only has two kinds of train, the air-conditioned one and the non (economy). And the idea of removing the traditional will go againts people wish. This will replace their comfort. So everything there as you can see software will be used at the entrance and exit and the e-ticket won't be trown into the trash can.

Okay, here is the self-service and remote check-in as you can find at Wikipedia:

* online/telephone/self-service kiosk check-in (if the airline makes this option available)
* early check-in
* printing boarding passes at airport kiosks and at locations other than an airport
* delivery of boarding pass bar-codes via SMS or email to a mobile device

The system is being intensively promoted online, and you'll see a sort of service available there for you to see the future in different way.
